Today is day 1 of my 18 week, 436 mile Chicago Marathon training plan. If all goes as planned, on October 8th I will run 26.2 miles through the streets of the Windy City. Today’s run was an easy 3 miles on a beautiful Michigan morning. There will be other easy runs, and many not so easy. I plan to write about them all here, along with other experiences along the way as I train for the big event. I hope you’ll join me!
